What problems we might work with and what I offer.

I see the main aim of therapy in enabling clients to live more creative, interesting and satisfactory life. I hope that therapy would help people to look after their mental well-being and be a better resource of help for themselves.
In therapy we only work with what clients bring into the room.
Here are some examples:
  • depression, fears, anxieties
  • violent or angry feelings
  • loneliness and isolation
  • low self-esteem
  • no sense of life purpose
  • self-harm and suicidal thoughts
  • relationship problems
  • family problems
  • dealing with trauma
  • cultural isolation
  • financial worries
  • addictions
  • eating disorders
  • bereavement
  • work stress
  • others
In our professional relationship I shall offer:
  • genuine interest in you as a person;
  • warm, empathic, and non-judgemental listening;
  • qualified help in understanding your emotions;
  • a place to reflect on your life experiences;
  • encouragement in looking at things differently;
  • my knowledge and skills to enable you to find appropriate ways of dealing with difficult situations;
  • my experience to facilitate you personal growth.
